Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order trackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Radical Ave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost in Transit/Delivered to the wrong address
Radical Ave is not liable for any products lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Radical Ave will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. If the item has been delivered to the wrong address due to an error on Fed Ex's part you will need to file a claim with Fed Ex.
Unfortunately, we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them.
