Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Radical Ave. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled within 2-4 Weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, shipments may be delayed 30-180 business days. This is very rare but does happen. If you have any questions regarding shipping time please email us using our contact page.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping as long as you're in the USA.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours after receiving your tracking email.

Your order information

Please make sure to have the correct address information when ordering. We ship quickly and changing your address with the courier is not always possible before delivery. So to avoid any confusion please make sure your address is correct.


Radical Ave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost in Transit/Delivered to the wrong address

Radical Ave is not liable for any products lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Radical Ave will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. If the item has been delivered to the wrong address due to an error on Fed Ex's or you the customers part you will need to file a claim with Fed Ex. These items will not be refunded. If the item is returned to us due to the wrong address being used please contact us immediately. As soon as the item arrives we will ship it back out to the correct address.

Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them. We do not offer refund for stolen items.
