Refund policy

Damages/Replacement

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace any damaged/misprint free of charge and there is no need to ship anything back. To receive a replacement please send in an image of the canvas and damages, box it was shipped in and the label on the package.

Can I Cancel My Order?

All items in our store are custom made for you. Once your order has been placed, your order goes into production. For this reason we can not cancel your order after your order has been placed. This includes canceling orders during longer than average wait times. Please see shipping policy for more.

Can you apply a discount after I order?

We do not retroactively apply discounts to orders. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your purchase is damaged or you have received a misprint. If you would rather receive a replacement instead of a refund see Damages/Replacement above.

Exceptions / non-returnable and non refundable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as custom products. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for Gift Cards.
  • Items that are on sale.

Exchanges 

Our items are handmade to fit your order and are custom made, and are put into production as soon as your order is placed, because of this we do not offer exchanges.

Please make sure that the size you order is the size that you need before you purchase. Once the order is made we cannot make changes to the items size.


Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not give refunds due to longer than average wait times. Please be patient during these times as they do not last long and cannot be avoided. Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your items out to you during these times.
