Refund policy

Damages/Replacement

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace any damaged/misprint free of charge and there is no need to ship anything back. To receive a replacement please send in an image of the canvas and damages, box it was shipped in and the label on the package.

Can I Cancel My Order?

All items in our store are custom made for you. Once your order has been placed, your order goes into production. For this reason we can not cancel your order after your order has been placed.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your purchase is damaged or you have received a misprint. If you would rather receive a replacement instead of a refund see Damages/Replacement above.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt that was emailed to you printed out and included.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@radicalave.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Radical Ave does not cover shipping costs to return the item. Please also note that we charge a 15.00 restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Gift Cards.

Exchanges 

Our items are handmade to fit your order and are put into production as soon as your order is placed, because of this we do not offer exchanges.

Please make sure that the size you order is the size that you need before you purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not give refunds due to wait times during the holidays or caused by the pandemic. Please be patient during these times as they do not last long and cannot be avoided. Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your items out to you during these times.
